On reaching the points for the reward you want, it makes the request. Exists on American soil since March 2009 and opened a few days shipments in Europe.

For each friend invited up to a maximum of 20 friends per day: 2 points for each.
On reaching 20 friends invited to become a Z-Lister: Any operation performed on the site involves the doubling of points and more 'will receive a free T-shirt and a sticker both branded Lockerz.
